CBW Mobile Check Deposits

BANK ON YOUR SCHEDULE

You can now make mobile check deposits through the CBW Mobile App. Simply take a picture with your phone’s camera, enter the deposit amount, choose your account and send. Your check will be securely sent to Citizens Bank personnel for processing. It’s that easy!

BANK ON CONVENIENCE

After you make your deposit, you’ll get a confirmation and instructions on what to do with your original check. You can even request an email receipt. Images are stored securely at the bank, never on your devices. As an added security feature, all deposits are reviewed for accuracy by Citizens Bank.

Mobile Deposit Quick Steps:

  1. Open your CBW Mobile App and sign in with your credentials.
  2.  Select “Deposit” button.
  3.  Take a picture of the front and back of your properly endorsed check.
  4.   Enter the deposit amount, select the account to deposit into.
  5.   Submit your images and receive confirmation that your deposit is   being reviewed.

*** You must be enrolled in Internet Banking to be eligible for Mobile Banking. Log in to your Internet Banking account and select 'Services & Settings'. Click the ‘Mobile Enrollment’ tab within the Manage Account section and follow the steps.
